Working one to one with a selection of Artisan suppliers, Head Chef Aoife Barker aims to bring the freshest of ingredients straight from the farm to the kitchen.
Our Head Chef is the wonderfully talented Aoife Barker. Chef Barker trained at the world famous Ballymoloe Cookery School. She then spent a further 10 years working in top restaurants in Australia, Germany, the U.S and France and here while working alongside world class chefs she developed her own style of cooking – French Bistro with a modern twist.
